Once you have purchased land take a look at our cottage options and select the size that suits your needs and site.
Visit our Showroom
Come in and talk to us if you want to see some finished cottages or give us a call or email and we will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.
Check Council Zoning
Check the council zoning for your site. Confirm whether the cottage is permitted or whether you need to apply for a resource consent (we can also help to assess this for you).
Select Finishes
Make key colour and finishes selections so we can craft your cottage to suit your style and preferred colour schemes.
Obtain Building Consents
Throughout the actual build our expert team will take care of building consents and project manage the entire process to make this whole experience as simple and stress free for you as possible.
Prepare Site
Let us advise what foundations and site prep you will need for your site to enable us to deliver and place your new cottage. We will then complete this work for you.
Delivery of your Cottage
We’ll deliver and place your unique cottage, as well as build you a verandah to admire the views from the front porch. Delivery up to 50km is included in the price, if your site falls beyond this we will include the delivery cost in your quote.
