Pat and myself would like to put on record our sincere thanks to you all at Cottage Co for the Customer Care you take. Ever since we ventured up to you in Templeton you have been customer orientated right through which has been a big plus, and the reason I say this is that I have been a Salesman most of my life and truly understand keeping customer satisfaction as number one priority.
Gavin, yea bro, has been fantastic with all the staff he brings with him, let alone relations of the Newell family. The Crane crew were magnificent and we will never forget the lift, we attach photos. Thank you to all the Newell family and we wish you all continued success.
